Spray Tanning, 2 Sessions (may be family shared same day)

Ionic Detox Foot Bath 2 Sessions (may be family shared same day)

Far Infrared Sauna four, 30 min Sessions

Cupping 2 Sessions (may be family shared same day)

Cranial Sacral Therapy (30 mim)

Roll-over
    *Roll-over available up to 2 Months. Thereafter credit in the form of a Gift Certificate          will be issued to the customer to use or gift to a third party.
    *Roll-over appointments may be combined up to 2 appointments per day as 2      different  services. We will not honor a 2 hour massage for the same person in one          appointment. However family sharing allows for 2  massage in the same day. 
 

Upgrades
    *Additional 30 min to your massage $25 

    *Massage with Spa Director Karen Duffy will be a $20 upgrade. 

    
 

Additional service discount 
    *Signature Facial (50 Min) $55 (Regularly $65)
    *Add Hot Stone, La Stone or Bamboo Massage $25

   *Add a 60 min Swedish or  Deep Tissue Massage $55

 

Length of Contract
    *Membership package is a 12 month contract 
    *Auto-Renewal monthly charge of $55 to be charged to Customers Credit or Debt Card

on agreed upon day.     (See Auto-Renewal form)

 

Cancellation during auto-renewal term
    *We know life happens and ask that you would please provide 30-day advance written notice to Lotus, Health & Wellness to cancel your auto-renewal monthly package.

 

Pausing Auto-Renewal
    *Pausing auto-renewal available up to 3 months with 30-day advance written notice to         Lotus Health &  Wellness. 

      Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling Appointments and No-Shows    
    *Customer may cancel or reschedule appointment without charge anytime by 6pm of          business on the business day preceding appointment.
    *Same day cancellations will be charged $20 for the scheduled service. Cancelation fee       of $20 will be charged onto customers Credit or Debt Card that is on the auto-renewal       contract. 
    •If customer does not call to cancel scheduled appointment or does not show up for            scheduled appointment, customer will forfeit the $49 session and agrees to have                their Credit or Debit Card on the auto-renewal contract charged for any upgrades                that the customer had booked for the (no call no show appointment).​
